Whether you're going to like the D-Nades comes down to your feelings about the 3D-printed grips. If you need every touchpoint in your gym to be made of aggressively knurled stainless steel, then these aren't for you. If you want handles that can rotate, then these aren't for you. I'm always surprised by those who seem disappointed by the D-Nades as both of those are factors that should be extremely obvious before purchasing. That said, as long as you understand what you're getting, D-Nades are a quality product. They're simple and versatile with the various holes for mounting and the open end allowing alternate grip styles that closed D-handles can't replicate. They're also reasonably priced, and like most of Darko's products, the color options are a nice touch to compliment your gym's color scheme and make them feel more personalized. I expect to always keep them around to compliment my stainless steel rotating D-handles.

They seem like a good budget option if you wanna open the D style handle but when I use them personally, I didn’t really think they were for me. I think I would like something more like a metal or stainless steel option but I realize that would be a lot more expensive I would prefer something like the Roman Strength handles, which is crazy because I don’t mind the 3-D printed Darko danglers

Good Concept, But It Needs a Much More Premium Execution. It just feels cheap and while doing heavy lifts im constantly in my head thinking im going to break these. I really wanted to like the D Nade handles, but for the price and the market they are competing in, they just do not feel premium enough. The plastic construction makes them feel cheaper than I expected, and the knurling is easily my biggest disappointment. It does not provide the kind of grip or premium feel I want from a high end cable attachment. The exposed screws also hurt the overall presentation and make the handles look unfinished rather than like a refined final product. I love the concept and think Darko could make these something special, but I would really like to see a more premium version with better materials, significantly improved knurling, and concealed hardware. Something built to truly compete with Rorman Strength handles and the Prime ROT8 would be much more appealing to me.

I love these for pulling movements, the angle changes are awesome and the knurl is really good for 3D printed material. Nice powder coat as well

Great alternative to my Traks, I use them for several row variations, landmine and cable, with the Longy or Tiny bar, along with swivel shackles. Excellent Product!

Handles are thick (which I like) and the printed knurl is nice and aggressive. I tend to prefer handles that spin so these don't get as much use in my gym, but they're great when I want to use the different attachment points for cable rows

Darko Lifting D-Nade Open Handles are an amazing lightweight open D-handles and they also work very nicely with the shorty and longy bars. If you want the to swivel you can add the swivel shackles on Amazon.

The Darko D-Nade handles are one of the more versatile cable attachments I’ve used. The open handle design really increases forearm and grip engagement compared to standard handles. The textured finish feels secure without being overly aggressive, and the multiple selector holes allow for different setups depending on the movement. I’ve used them for rows, pulldowns, and even creative landmine work, and they hold up well under heavy loads. Great option if you want something that blends versatility with grip-focused training.
