I love this piece of equipment. It has many different uses that you can perform. RDL's, shrugs, deads, squats, calves, and many more. This piece definitely hits hard and willalenyou earn the lift

Unfortunately this bench does not really live up to what it should. It is a little bit loose and does tend to move when you use it, tilting side to side sometimes.
