One of my least favorite hammer strength machines and I love hammer strength, I don't see what benefits you'll get from this that normal dips won't do as well or better and it's awkward
Expensive and not versatile so not good for a home gym, and the weight stack isn't heavy enough for a strength gym. This is great for an hotel gym, cruise ship or assisted living facility for beginners or the elderly
Hoist is okay but I'm not a fan that most of there stuff is bolted together, I'm assuming this is to help cut there prices to save money on freight costs but it makes it feels more shaky and less bullet proof
Works your low back without loading your spine. Similar to the belt squat concept just for your back instead of your legs. Brain shaw used this piece very often with great success, he even broke the v1 and had to have it renforced
Pretty sure these are made in China, still a solid kilo option but you'll be paying extra for the name on the plate, there are better options that are also cheaper
These plates are graded to within 0.5% of their target weight, offering a high level of accuracy for serious training. The "thin cut" design allows you to fit more weight on the bar
