These plates are incredibly durable and well-built. I really like the slim profile of the 45s compared to standard crumb bumpers

They have a classic look and a good grip, but the weight accuracy is inconsistent, often swinging a few pounds off. The finish chips easily during heavy use, and they rattle on the bar due to a loose fit. They're decent if you're on a budget, but don't expect precision quality.

Equalizers are widely considered the best-in-class for grip plates due to their six-hole "honeycomb" design, which makes them exceptionally easy to handle for both loading and plate-only exercises.

These plates are a staple in many high-traffic facilities because they handle abuse remarkably well. They offer a predictable, "dead" bounce that keeps the bar from jumping across the platform during heavy drops.

Had one of these for over 5 years and I was not a fan, it could for sure do a ghd, seal row and reverse hyper but it was a pain changing pads, I had to show everyone what it even was and not even one of those movements mentioned felt great, we ended up selling this and getting 3 separate machines as we had the space for it

Great for PT work or extra glute focus, these types of bands are really fine when purchased from anywhere, I'd go with the cheapest Amazon option for the normal rubber style
