Used on my forearm and gave me some relief but nothing permanent or long lasting

Have used many different brands of bands and the only ones that last and don't break catastrophically are elite fts bands

Have these to use on our booty builder machine and they seem to be working and holding up just fine

Had these break on the 2nd use for reverse band squats..... scary, only using elite fts bands moving forward
