Like I said in other reviews on the Ohio bar. It is the best, especially for your buck and quality combination for a general purpose bar and the best variation of that bar, is this with the stainless steel!

Got 5 of these on rogues black Friday release some years back and they still look amazing, my favorite combo for aesthetics, the stainless and the black sleeves go amazing with each other and hold up super well

A great power bar that is IPF approved, only down side is the IPF approved bars all have a very skinny collar making walk outs more difficult if using a 3x3 rack

An amazing general purpose barbell, we love to use this for front squats since it doesn't have a center kurling and the kurling it does have is pretty passive. Also the smaller diameter of 28.5mm feels better then a 29mm power bar sitting in the front rack

Not a fan of the ones that attach to the rack with a pin, might as well get a off brand one and save some money.

Pretty genetic rubber hex dumbbells, probably made in the same factory as the majority of the others, if you can grab them cheap it's worth it
