Monster LT-1 50 CAL™ Trolley™ 2.0 & Lever Arm Kit

Monster LT-1 50 CAL™ Trolley™ 2.0 & Lever Arm Kit

Compatible with any Rogue Monster Series rig or rack (a Monster Lite version version is sold separately), the LT-1 50 CAL Trolley and Lever Arm Kit gives athletes the ability to quickly reconfigure a unit for a wide range of different movements, without the need of a wrench or other tools. We’ve put years of research and refinement into this product, looking to create an optimal mechanism that can attach to an existing 3x3” upright and enable easy north/south adjustments with lock-in stability. Version 2.0 improves upon the original design with a new look and several key upgrades, including numbered uprights, a more robust tensioning system, and easier installation. We’ve also added a secondary locking trigger for improved safety, and a key for locking the lever arms in the “down” position—turning them into functional uprights.

Wasn't a huge fan of these. I think the exercises they were designed to replicate in a home gym setting or gym without those machines, can still be done better by other exercises. Any pressing or rowing movement I'd rather just go use dumbells or something versus set all this up

Honestly feel like these were a fad, didn't feel good, took to long to set up and removed to many other rack options when set up.

Things are built nice but such a pain to set up I didn’t find I used them. They’re best eat a ton of space as well.

It’s very expensive for what you’re getting. Other lever arms on the market have way more functionality, like the PRx ones that lock in different positions and swivel. These are due for an upgrade so I would avoid these. I found myself not using them like I thought I would so that’s why I no longer own them.

As with most everything Rogue, and especially “Monster”, these are military grade built to withstand a mortar blast. I purchased the shorter version, which I would suggest to everyone. I have them mounted on my REP rack and they glide perfectly, and are rock solid regarding fitment despite being mounted on a metric rack. The adjustments allow you to perfectly dial in the trolleys. In their native form they function exactly like Sorinex Jammer arms (but these trolley mechanism is superior). What really increases their functionality are three things. 1. Gym Pin adapter to allow for free motion, 2. Vendetta Brackets, which allow for setting position of trolley arms at any angle for starting points, 3. Rorman Megalith handles to allow for even more “natural” motion while using the trolley arms. They are pricy to begin with, and then you add the cost of the additional items that I’m mentioning and then it becomes pretty ridiculous in cost. PRx Halo arms would be my recommendation because they come already designed to offer number 1. And number 2. I would still suggest purchasing the Megalith handles to anyone with jammer arms from any company, as they are a very worthwhile upgrade to static handles. I use my Sorinex J Squat attached to a trolley arm and this adds another element of functionality to them. Jammer arms in general are something you love or you hate, but I think the haters out there might not have added the three items that I have to mine - which makes them so easy and quick to set up, so “machine like” in function, and a top performer in my gym.
