Rogue Landmines

Rogue Landmines

Combined easily with any existing barbell and stable Infinity or Monster Lite upright, the Rogue Landmine can become one of the most dynamic tools in your arsenal—helping build core rotational stability and peak power through a greater range of motion. The key is a smooth-pivoting, 7-Gauge Steel Sleeve, which is compatible with most standard Olympic barbells and ideally suited for rotational training exercises.

I bought the single version of this product. I love landmine training for its versatility. It is a bit like kettlebell training. I go through phases where I use them a lot and phases where I forget that I own them. It is a relatively cheap piece that adds a lot of variation to your training. I'm not in love with the weird mounting system and I don't love that there is not barbell sleeve protection. I'm not sure I'd recommend going with Rogue's version of this as there are cheaper or better options out there. But I do recommend owning a landmine.

Way better (articulation, form factor, and barbell protection) options exist these days. But it gets the job done.

The rogue monster lite landmine is pretty basic and lacks a lot of features. It does what it’s designed to, but scuffs up the side of your rack pretty good. I solved this problem (after scratching up my rack) by buying a coupe nylon washers and adding them to protect the rack. Something like this should have been included from the factory. I really wanted the Kleeva ADROIT LANDMINE 2.0 but they were always sold out. So I just went with the Rogue one. Even the Monster Landmine is nicer. With that said, the monster lite landmine does add a lot of functionality to the rack by allowing you to do landmine work with you barbell. If I didn’t already have one, or I had to buy another one. I would go with the “REP® X Kleva Built® Adroit Landmine” now that they have collaborated. You can get it to fit 1inch or 5/8 hole sizing. Plus it comes with a magnet to store it upright against the rack.

Not a fan of the ones that attach to the rack with a pin, might as well get a off brand one and save some money.

hooked up nicely to my rack, and I like that you can tuck or fold it back out of the way. My son gets a lot of use out of it. I have only used it a few times and probably wouldn't buy it again if I didn't still have college sons who use it.

Being Rogue and made in USA you get a certain level of quality, but the design on this is so simplistic it probably makes more sense to go with an import version to save money, or the Rogue Monster one to get a better product overall.

Solid landmine. Paired with a Pritchett Pad and you’ve got the best chest supported row setup possible short of a dedicated machine.

Works fine, never use it though. Somebody was giving it away or else I probably wouldn’t have it.
