A budget-friendly bumper plate. Available in pound or kilogram version. Rogue Echo Bumper Plates have an IWF standard 450MM diameter, minimal surface imperfections, and a weight within 1% of its target. Combined with stainless steel inserts and quality virgin rubber, the Echos offer a dead bounce and durability rarely seen in an economical plate. Echo Bumpers are available in pairs or as sets. Fully equip a new garage gym or save money supplying a school weight room or large training facility. I’ve had these bumpers for just over 5 years now and they’re still as strong as ever. No complaints. I use them indoors and outdoors when the cooler Texas weather hits. The lettering has discolored a little on a few Of them but that doesn’t matter to me at this point but wanted to mention it for potential buyers. Solid bumper plates from Rogue.

Good plates for the price, got these because they don't make 10s and 15s of the Rogue black training plates. Also unlike the 10lb urethane plates I got they don't slide down flat.

When I Started my home gym, The first thing I did was spend 1000$ on a rogue Ohio bar and Echo V2 weights. I Want to make sure I say in this review I don't regret these at all. They look great and love the look of them, but man they are expensive. Especially seeing how amazing of deals you can pick up on Facebook marketplace, I don't know if I would of bought these again if I started over and needed plates. I will always have these though so I guess I don't regret it, just not the most budget friendly choice

I own 4 45s, 2 35s and 4 10s. These are great bumper plates and have a very sleek look to them. Since these have come out, there are other options that are either thinner or cheaper. If I had to build my home gym today, these wouldn't be my first choice, but they are still a good option nonetheless.

I own a pair of 25s and they have held up great. I like the Rogue branding. The bounce and finish is the same as any number of this style of bumper plate. It is better than crumb and less expensive than competition plates. Definitely feel like this is a sweet spot.

Absolutely love these bumper plates. You know the quality you're getting when you buy Rogue and these plates are no exception. They can take a beating and feel really well built. I also love the super clean look of the Rogue bumper plates. Not the cheapest option, but also not the most expensive bumper plates out there. I bought a set of 45lbs and 25lbs, and plan to add another set of 45lbs and 10lbs in the future.

To me they are the perfect cross between crumb bumper plates and iron plates. They are thinner and more solid than traditional bumper plates, but also allow you to do olympic/crossfit style workouts. My biggest gripe is that they are slick and hard to grip. Picking up a 45lb plate is definitely a 2 handed operation. Rogues Shipping charges really force you to buy these in a set. A pair of 45lbs will cost you almost the same as a 160lbs set. If you are patient enough to wait for November Rogue usually offers these with discounted shipping if you just needed single pairs for some reason.
