It's okay. One trick pony, nice to use occasionally but not something I would keep in my training regularly. Great quality as is almost everything hammer strength

Hammer always makes heavy duty racks of good quality but the spaces for adjustments for the j hooks / safetys are terrible and makes setting the right heights almost impossible

There okay. Velcro wears out over time. Still useable if you clip both the metal rings in the carabiner

Personally I'd just buy a knock off one without rogue branding and save some money

Soild commercial grade treadmill, everytime I've used one of these I've enjoyed it. Even if it was only walking haha

Have 2 of these at our gym. I enjoy the way this tree allows the plates to be organized

This thing is epic and I would buy one on the used market just to say I have one quite frankly. One of the rarest pieces you can get from hammer strength

Cheap and do exactly what they said they would do with no issues. I prefer these over the rope or fabric based handles for things like chest flys as they don't shift around. We also used them for our Hercules hold at our strongman competition
