If you can find one used at a good price, buy it without hesitation. They look great in person and are built like a tank.

Commercial quality, super strong, and perfect for the home gym on the secondary market. $150 is a good price, and $100 is not uncommon. I have two, and love them.

I love the branding on Hammer Strength equipment and am fortunate to own two of these plate trees. They are commercial grade, but definitely overkill for a home gym. I purchased mine on the secondary market for less than $100 each. Retail of $400+ is prohibitively expensive for most of us.
