Steal of a marketplace find. Great way to add heavier 50+ dumbbell work to our gym without being ready to buy another full set yet. Guy did NOT know what he had. They are 12 lbs and knurling honestly feels just right for all my accessory work. -Jen P.

I’ve got multiple sets of Slater molds. While I’ll start by saying I’ve not used any other stone molds I’m not sure how you could get a better, easier to use stone mold than these. If the mold is prepped, assembled and poured correctly the stones turn out pretty darn nice. The stone is left with almost no indication of an equator or line in the stone where the two halves of the mold are joined. Clean up is also simple with them if you follow Steve’s recommendations on mold prep. They seem very durable if taken care of properly. Take your time prepping your mold and I think you’ll have great results.

Very well made sandbag. Seals well and very durable. A versatile piece of training gear that is easy to throw in the vehicle to take with you on a trip. Put it this way, I don’t think even Big Keith could destroy it. IYKYK

These are my favorite collars that we have at The Roost. I like the way they click and lock open to slide on and off the barbell nicely. They bite down hard on the sleeves of a Texas Barbell which must be just ever so much thicker than the loading sleeve of a Rogue barbell. So convenient to stick them to the rack when loading and unloading your barbell while using it in a rack.

I feel like these are good quality. Used our set for a number of years now and they are holding up well.

The best steel plates currently being made that you can buy. American made extremely high quality and tolerances make these a no brainer for someone looking to add some solid ass American iron to their gym.

We’ve got years of pretty hard use on these bumpers and they’ve held up very well. Just the right amount of bounce even when dropped from overhead and the density must attribute to the sound created from dropping as well because they aren’t obnoxiously loud either.

If you are in need of a space saving bench this functions well as just that. It’s not a great bench but it is very stable. The pad is more slippery than I would like and the height is a bit taller than say our REP AB5000 Zero gap bench. It really is designed to work with the Prx rack.
