These things have so much tension on them that if you release the lever without paying attention it'll whack you in the finger and it hurts like a mofo. They are very nice looking and so solid but I find myself grabbing quieter collars. The magnets are strong enough to pull small change plates off of the barbell with them as well so be aware of that. I like them but they don't get used much these days.

Great collars, using mostly for Olympic lifting, they on the pricey side for barbell collars, probably cause they are USA made.

I like how convenient they are to be able to stick to the rack while I adjust weights and the lever also locks in place in the open position which is nice. There are a few instances where the lever will stick and require some jiggling to come loose, but overall they're nice.
Update: I dropped a 55lb bumper plate on top of one on the ground and you couldn't tell anything happened.

I have tried plenty of collars and the Rogue collars fasten very securely and the magnets are a nice touch. My wife and kids do not like them as much because they take more force to open and close. While they are no longer my preferred collar, I have no complaints with the design or performance.

The Rogue OSO Magnetic Barbell Collars 2.0 are a solid bit of gear for the gym, but they aren't without their quirks. The magnets are pretty average in function, especially when you compare them to other magnetic collars on the market.
On my rack, one of them won't even stay put without sliding down the upright.
The easy fix is just hooking it over the pull-up bar bolt, which keeps it out of the way. Despite the magnets being a bit of a letdown, they still perform exactly how you’d want a collar to on the bar. They’re a great, reliable set for daily use, just don't expect them to stick to your rack like glue.

Absolutely love these, looking to get a 2nd pair.
Easy to use, don't budge when locked on.
The magnets also allow me to put micro plates onto loadable DBs without removing the collars
Can store them anywhere.

These work great and I love the magnetic feature. Only downside is the lever can smack your fingers when undoing if your not careful

I really like these magnetic collars. They look sharp. They fit my bars and they lock the weight in well. They cost a bit more which may be their only drawback.

Rogue Fitness Rogue OSO Magnetic Barbell Collars 2.0 are great and work well and the weight on the bar very tight.

These are my favorite collars that we have at The Roost. I like the way they click and lock open to slide on and off the barbell nicely. They bite down hard on the sleeves of a Texas Barbell which must be just ever so much thicker than the loading sleeve of a Rogue barbell. So convenient to stick them to the rack when loading and unloading your barbell while using it in a rack.
