This is something you could (and should) build on your own. You get a lot of momentum while in use b/c of the design. Budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Big beefy straps. Don't fray or get discolored like some other offerings.

Fully knurled shaft with decent knurling. Build quality is a bit lower than Rogue or Texas squat bars, but decent if you can get a good price on it.

This can be used as a yoke or a squat stand. It's very annoying to adjust but the price point makes it appealing for its dual use cases.
