I personally don’t ever use these. My wife does use them for some rehab stuff. I’ve considered using them as bench blocks!

Solid blocks that have lasted years of use. I would be more flexible if I used them more. You can fine more expensive options and my wife has them but I can’t tell the difference. Probably just paying for name brand.

Had this for years. Inexpensive, holds up, does what it says. Foam is dense and comfortable. Can't knock any points off anywhere!

Great affordable option - I know lululemon was selling these for a while (not sure if they are anymore) and they were much more expensive than the amazon version and were the same exact thing with a different logo on them.
