Like most have said the GHD/GHR portion of this isn't great but it works well enough if you put a yoga mat on it. That being said the reverse hyper portion of it works really well. The build quality of this machine overall is really solid and well made and its suited my needs for now. The footprint is pretty big on this though so thats a bit of a knock on it as well. I don't regret buying this machine but I don't think i'll keep it forever either.
