They really are smooth and easy to grip! Each one was within the specified tolerance. If comparing these to rogue deep dish one thing to note is rogue guarantees none will be under 45 lb as their tolerance guarantee…a couple of TSC plates came in around 44.3…but not really a difference but I do like the idea of guaranteeing at least 45lbs. One star removed from build quality due to that

My favorite seated lateral In have ever used. Oversized shoulder pads and the handles allow you to get a really locked in position. Adjustable starting position so you can preset tension. This things dam good.

Looks more versatile than it is.. Really can only do rows unilateral or bilateral with different handle grips. It seems like you would be able to do RDLs with this but you cannot, its really awkward.

Liked this machine a lot, only real con was the strength curve has it hardest at lockout so its emphasizing triceps over chest....not sure why these companies keep doingt that. This has so many adjustments, you can adjust the convergence, the seat height, and the seat angle. Out of plate loaded chest presses this isn't my favorite but one of the best....largely because not many seated plate loaded vertical chest presses exist.
