A nice well made 45 degree hack squat. ROM is great on it, angle is sharp. Felt a lot like the cybex that everyone seems to think is the goat (spoiler its not). Has a counterweight which is a funny option but it does nothing for the average lifter, only really applicable if the weight of the sled is to heavy to perform the movement unloaded. I like big roller hacks better than bearing ones but this is great...For shits and giggles I got a quote on this and it was 8,500 before shipping...YIKES.

I like this a lot. One of the things I wanted when upgrading my bench was the ability to do decline / situps on the bench. These rollers are really comfortable and the bench is a great decline option. I am 6 foot and probably the largest that it is good for for the ab curls. At over 6 foot I would probably want a longer bench for situps. But the attachment itself is awesome. Has a handle that makes it really easy to get in and out of position.

This is one of the most versatile rows I have ever tried. This has the unique ability to be a great seal row or T-bar row replicate, a unilateral or bilateral row. These came with my rack (back when WUTBAPC), I never use bands but I essentially use these to hang things like belts, collars, carabiners, etc.

I tried a lot of different dip attachments before settling on this as my forever option. I didn’t think it could get better until I upgraded to 45 mm handles
