Monster Band Peg 2.0
Our fully redesigned Monster Band Pegs are manufactured in-house by machining two pieces of carbon steel (cap and post) to exacting tolerances and then assembling. The machined, chamfered cap provides a sleek, low profile design, allowing for the easy and secure attachment of bands for greater resistance during squats, deadlifts, bench pressing, etc. The pegs can also be used as a clean and sturdy hook for hanging items off the top of a rack, including bands, chains, and other accessories.

These are my favorite band pegs. They look nice and are solid but man they are way too much $$$ vs other options that work just as well.

Unnecessarily nice band pegs. They have welded caps, are super smooth, and I like that they come in black. A bit pricey, but would definitely recommend.

Very strong, handy to have around, and easy to adjust quickly. They are more expensive than you'd want them to be, but worth it. I have 2 sets. 1 new and 1 used. I use them every day for bands and extra safties to secure anything that moves.

These are thrown in for pretty cheap when you get a rack from rogue. That’s probably the only circumstance in which I would not buy second hand. The design is basic and universal, so there’s not gonna be a lot of variation between manufacturers.
Stores well and out of the way. Initially had these vertical on the rack but when my programming changed they went on the storage unit.

Came with my Rouge rack, have used them a handful of times with bands recently which is a new concept for me. Seem to work well as intended. Before recent, I've always used these as handles when doing Bulgarian lunges.

Coating does wear over time but no other issues, would like a stainless steel option 😉

I found the best use for these band pegs are for highly effective change plate storage. If they didn’t come free I would not have had these. There are better options out there that stay in place or have other features or at least a finish that lasts. Don’t pay for these

These are your average band pegs, no way to prevent bands from sliding off ends, no attachment point for bands, need a plastic washer to eliminate scratching your rack. And the finish is not durable at all, scratched by just looking at it 😂. But that is a non- issue, I could care less if basic utilitarian pieces like this scratch. I prefer my Sorinex band pegs because they have a carabiner attached to secure bands.

I used these a ton as handles for balance for bulgarians with an SSB, as well as obviously band pegs

Use these for so many things, from pull ups to handles for Hatfield squats
