Into strength training on my Rep PR4000, dual voltras, pretending I can do hyrox, peloton row, peloton bike, tread, yoga, lots of stretching classes because I’m old! Also coming back from a DIEP flap/mastectomy Dec 1, so taking my time trying to get it all back!
