Got these used off marketplace a few years ago and have used them for deadlifts, axle presses, Pendlay rows, you name it. I am not gentle with them and they will likely outlive me. Great purchase if you buy them new, even better if you can find them used in good condition.
The price is quite inflated because it has a cult following in the vintage weight community but it’s a solid piece of weight that will outlive you. Feels great in the hand but they typically run $3/pound. If you can find them at a good price, absolutely would recommend
The bench is wobbly, the weight capacity is 500 for the bench and 100 for the leg extension. The leg extension attachment has a 1” pin, but a converter from standard to Olympic can be purchased on Amazon for very cheap. I found it on marketplace for $25 which is a fair price for this piece of junk. It’ll be fine for a starter bench and the leg extension/curl attachment is a decent space saver, but overall would not recommend
Cheap pulley system good for Tricep pushdowns and lat pulls that aren’t too heavy. Have loaded up to 150 lbs before, I don’t think I would trust it to handle 200.
