A Costco sized bag of rice and an orange bucket (or any color you want) makes one of the best forearm conditioning tools you could have.

Made a gym so nice, I had to get it certified twice.

Cheaper, easier, and definitely uglier than a commercially available platform but it works well for the space I have. I used 2 layers of OSB and 1 layer of sanded plywood to create the main platform. I used 2x4's, sanded plywood, heavy-duty door hinges, and sheets of rubber floor mat to create a "foldable" deadlift platform to save space. Using 3 layers gave me enough height to use 2" wood screws to secure the rack and the DIY plate holders I made too.

I got the big ray strap and monster band bundle from rogue and I've fully incorporated it into my post-workout routine when I squat and deadlift heavy. It's super compact and easy to set up after the initial "how do I do this?" phase. I am 6'0" 260lbs with a 91" power rack, and the band is just tall enough that my head barely touches the floor when I'm fully inverted. Super easy to get into and out of.

An absolute game changer in my smaller gym space where I can't realistically store my barbells anywhere other than on the rack. I currently have my kabuki kadillac bar and duffalo bar stored on my barbell anchor and don't have any complaints. Installation was straightforward and I've had zero issues with wiggling. The section that touches the rack is made of metal, so if keeping your rack scratch-free is a priority then you'll need to figure out a way to protect it. i haven't had any issues with sharp corners, and the finish was flawless when I received it.
