Super well build and designed. Out of the 3 ab crunch machines that were available at the commercial gym I lifted at, this was the first choice for me every time. It's really easy to adjust for different heights, and provides great resistance for seated crunches. I would definitely pick up one of these if I found one used at the right price and I had the space.

It's a well built piece of equipment and does its one job well. It's just too expensive for what it provides to include in a home gym unless you can find one used cheap, but I think it's a great addition for any commercial gym. I don't think I ever saw ours get replaced in 2 years of heavy use in a commercial gym.

I can't think of a worse feeling seated hamstring curl I've ever used. Having the pad below the knee instead of on top of the knee makes me feel like I'm about to launch myself out of the chair when using heavier weights, and having the pad move with your leg makes it difficult to brace against it as well. Would not recommend.

Used this at the commercial gym I trained at and I can't recommend this for a home gym. In a commercial setting, it gets the job done but I'm sure there are better options that provide more weight on the stack. The power/performance "mode" is supposed to provide more dynamic resistance but the one I used was either broken or too technical for my caveman brain because I couldn't tell any difference. Having separate stacks with separate cables is a great way for saving space in a commercial setting with multiple lifters, but it doesn't make much sense in a home setting.

I can't explain exactly why, but this is one of the weirdest feeling leg extension machines I've tried. The adjustable front pad on the seat is a cool idea, but I think it could be done better. It'll get the job done if it's the only option at your gym, butt feels more like a machine you'd find in a hotel gym. Definitely not a great home gym piece.

It's a really well build sandbag and has held up great to the shoulder height drops with no sand leakage yet. Remember to use coarse construction sand and not play sand if you want to fill it completely and keep it around 100lbs. The guy I bought it from used play sand so it's a little deflated but that's on him.

It's a great bar for lifters with shoulder issues wanting to squat or bench more, especially if you can find one used online. Base price may be a little hefty for a specialty bar, but to each their own. The knurling is tougher than any piece of metal on my power rack and wall eat through anything it rubs against. It is longer than your traditional power bar, so it's not the best for anyone with space or ceiling height restrictions.

One of those pieces of equipment that you should use more, but it inevitably sits in the corner for most of the year. It's a really nice loadable mace with some solid knurling. The nut holding the weight to the base can come loose if you're not careful, so some kind of rubber O-ring might be something to add on if you can.
