This is a basic dip belt of Amazon. it does what it is supposed to and does not cost a lot of money. The chain is strong and the carabiners work well. The belt is comfortable. I have not loaded up a crazy heavy amount of weight but I don't need to. This is a great product for what it is.

This is a great Glute Ham Raise Machine. It is well built, very stable, easy to adjust and will last forever. The pad is big enough not to hurt your knees and of high enough quality it does not break down. We have 6 of these at SDSU in the athletic weight room. They received a lot of use and held up well to all of it. 5 stars. I much prefer the fixed pad to the roller.

These benches work great with the Powerlift rack. They are heavy, but the design allows them to be easily adjustable. We had 16 of these in the athletic weight room at SDSU. They are expensive and the lever though easy to use had a learning curve for our athletes. If you have it in a home gym it would be easy to use as I never had an issues since I used them daily.

These racks are excellent quality. We had 12 of these in the athletic weight room at SDSU. We purchased these in 2009 and they are still in use. They are big so might be best for a shed gym. They may not fit in a garage or basement gym. The company/ customer service is amazing.

Powerlift builds really high quality equipment. We had all Powerlift equipment in the athletic weight room at SDSU for my last 12 years as a strength coach. The build quality and performance is second to none. I rate the value a little lower because they are expensive and the equipment is big for a home gym. If you have the space and $$ the quality is excellent and it will last a lifetime.

I think this is an excellent multi use machine for a home gym. I bought this on Facebook Marketplace. I predominately used it for Leg Extensions. I put a band around the weight peg (As seen on the Shym Tour). I thought this worked well. I never tried it without the band but could see it may not be as useful without the band tension. I prefer to do GHR or RDL for hamstring work so I did not use this for the leg curls. However, I can see the usefulness of being able to perform both exercises on one machine. Ultimately I decided to sell this piece as I valued the floorspace over the leg extension machine. The machine always felt stable and was easy to use. If you like leg ext. and leg curls it is a good piece for the price. Sure there are nicer pieces out there but you will pay more $$ for those. This thing gets the job done.

I love this piece. I bought it for $250 on. Facebook marketplace. It is probably 30 years old. It is very well build. The stack goes to 230lbs which I have not maxed out yet. The pulleys are very high quality. I replaced the cable and painted it like Tommy did his and it will serve me until the day my wife closes the BBC.

This platform is built with 2x4, plywood and old rubber flooring. I built I’d around the feet of the rack so I could perform Olympic lifts.
