I never thought this banner would grace the wall of my gym. The quality is outstanding. My certificate is being framed and will soon be displayed with pride.

Purchased a cheap metal shelving unit. Repainted to match my power rack with so-so results. Then painted and installed some peg board for extra storage. Finally, lined the shelves with horse stall mat, which is a must do for any shelving DIY. The horse stall shelves look fantastic in my humble opinion.

When I was looking for a new multi purpose bar I watched a review by Coop on GGR. I recall him saying something like “for most of you this is the only bar you’ll ever need”. Then I watch that cool commercial on Rogue’s process for producing barbells and I was sold. To this day, it’s the only barbell I use and it fits my needs perfectly. The build quality, performance, and pricing are outstanding.
