I picked this up as a Rolling thunder alternative. I just call it a rolling handle and love messing around with it to see what I can lift off the ground with each hand. It is honestly pretty well built and you cannot beat the value.

Nice thick grip attachment. It rolls well and seems like it is durable. It can be used as a cable attachment or even attached to a loading pin for deadlifts and such. I enjot using it because it fits well in my hand, and makes for a different feel in mundane movements.

Honestly a really nice and affordable group training tool. The spin is better than most rolling handles. The knurled plastic handle is pretty slick and does not take chalk very well leading to a very challenging grip workout. It's a bit on the thicker side, but for folks with large hands, this is a great first grip training tool.
