Works for what I wanted it for to offset calf training, has been good to just do it daily as a warm up and keeps any pain away from my joints.

Heavy and old school but solid. You can find a lot better and lighter options even from Titan now.

Works great super heavy duty, comes in a pair so a decent value as well.

These are a pretty good value, a bit heavy compared to the Porter Phyed option but the size is similar and it provides a nice stainless steel handle.

Less useful than the upper, but if you are looking for a system, they work well together. I ended up with both off FB MP just because I wanted the upper for my Rhino. Tried the lower, but ended up just ditching it to pull from the Rhino instead.

For the upper paired with a Rhino... Amazing. Works great to quickly give you a high pull point. The sizing is perfect as well. Expensive, but you can feel the build quality, as with anything from SS.

Expensive? Yes. Fucking Amazing? Yes! I first thought the price was for the pair, then got the first one and realized I needed another, but once I had the first one in hand, it was so nice I just said YOLO and got it. No regrets.

Moved from a flat calf block to this and does a great job. Much more comfortable and can get into a better stretch. I had been eyeing the oak club nessie but this was cheaper and lighter for the same impact. Only negative I have is the same as another reviewer that on anything not rubber this slides, I will have to try his rubber feet idea to see if I can get this to not slide on my Quadsend.
