Pretty happy with it, great padding and I can see why people love it. Super light and easy to move around. I can say that I do love using this for 99% of things but I can see an advantage to having a standard adjustable bench too that just always has the seat on it. I find that this has made me use my flat bench less, but I am still tempted to add another adjustable bench.

Grabbed some due to recommendations and price, not bad at all but doesn't fit every attachment so I tend to have a few different kinds of carabiners around.

Super heavy duty and hard to find a way to do a number of hip movements without it on cables. It has really become a staple of my training. Pretty stiff, thick, and overbuilt, but that is the general trend of all Spud Inc products. It can fit a little loose and feel odd when not in use as well.

Love these things, hard to beat them for the price if you like the handle size. I have these and trakhandles with the thicker JD replacements. This gives me alternatives depending on what I am doing when I need a handle.

Works well as a place to store my SS or Transformer bar. But in a 100" rack it is a bit of a reach to get it down. I would probably go with the dock if I did it again.

Not a great piece, but a 3:1 lever arm, and highly moddable. I ended up mounting mine to a wall and using a voltra. Which is about like using an LS engine in a Carolla, I get it.

Decent fat grip pull up bar, nice that it is sepertate so you can move it where you want.

Pretty standard, if you need a 42" pull up bar grab it
