Very similar to the Spud Inc. solution for this, but I find this is my go-to since having both. The build quality is amazing, and it is lighter and padded in the right spots, which can be important depending on what shoes or lack of shoes you are wearing.

Great rack for the price. I live in WA, so if you do try setting it up to pickup in Bonney Lake. Can't get a much better deal than that, especially if you pair it with one of their sales. Not quite the quality of Rep, but for the price, an amazing value.

A significant step forward from traditional monolift designs. The build quality is excellent, and the practical difference for solo benching is immediately noticeable — the liftoff problem that plagues most rack setups is simply gone. If you're training alone and tired of awkward bar paths on the unrack, this solves that cleanly. Hard to recommend this one highly enough.

A very solid cambered bar with zero build quality concerns — Kabuki's construction standards hold up here as expected. The handle placement is serviceable but not exceptional, which keeps it from being a runaway recommendation. Whether it's the definitive best cambered bar is debatable, but it's comfortably in the upper tier of what's available and hard to go wrong with.

Wouldn't buy again. The core issue is compatibility — if you're running adjustable dumbbells, these simply don't work well with them. Beyond the fit problem, an ankle cuff and cable attachment cover the same training ground more effectively and with less hassle. Hard to recommend when better alternatives already exist in most setups.

A high-quality lat seat that's hard to fault. The debate between this and the REP Pegasus is a genuine one — both are excellent options and either will serve you well. If you're already in the Rogue ecosystem and the price doesn't give you pause, this is a confident buy.

Picked these up specifically to run narrower spacing between Rogue uprights, and they delivered on that without any issues. The build quality is genuinely impressive — and if anything, these may actually edge out the Rogue crossbars on fit and finish. A great cross-brand solution that quietly outperforms expectations.

An excellent dedicated flat bench — light enough to move easily, and the wide pad delivers genuinely comfortable support for heavy pressing. If flat benching is a priority in your programming, this is hard to beat. The one caveat worth stating clearly: it's a flat bench, full stop, so if you need incline or decline capability, an adjustable bench still has its place in the lineup.
