The standout application for these right now is pairing them with an American Barbell tricep pushdown bar — the added thickness transforms the feel of that bar entirely. Beyond that specific use, they're a versatile thick-grip tool with plenty of other applications across your setup.

A well-made pulley with excellent bearings that make for smooth, reliable operation. Two things worth knowing before you buy: the powder coat is prone to flaking over time, so don't let that catch you off guard. More importantly, there's no meaningful advantage to choosing the aluminum version over nylon — and nylon actually treats your cable better over the long run, so save yourself the upcharge.

Simple, functional, and priced accordingly. They get the job done without any fuss, though the lack of a bottom flange to push against at the end of the movement is a noticeable ergonomic gap. At the price point, you're still getting solid value — just don't expect a premium experience.

An incredibly versatile component that earns its place across a wide range of builds and machine hookups. We run a lot of these — they're the connective tissue behind EVE and Darko mounts as well as various custom projects. Excellent quality at a price that makes it easy to stock up.

Skip this one. The default cable pull on the Voltra is already solid, and this add-on doesn't shift the angle enough to make a meaningful practical difference. Well-built — as everything from Beyond Power tends to be — but the real-world benefit doesn't come close to justifying the price. Save your money.

Excellent build quality and does exactly what it's supposed to — but you're paying a premium for it. Worth knowing: if you have DIY Voltra Docks, you can have CAD generate a layout and get custom plates cut through Send Cut Send for a fraction of the cost, with the added bonus of choosing any powder coat color you want. A great product with a more accessible alternative if you're willing to put in a little legwork.

A standout pairing with the VTS — the fit is perfect and the ultralight carbon construction makes it ideal for that application as well as dedicated mobility work. A PVC pipe technically covers the same ground, but if you want something that actually feels premium and performs better across both uses, this is worth the splurge.

We have this in stainless steel and it's a genuinely good bar — though compared to the Ohio SS, the knurl reads as noticeably more passive. That's not a knock for everyone: several training partners actually prefer the softer bite for higher-rep or longer session work. Know your preference before buying, and factor that into the decision.
