Back in the day, when I was young, dumb, and broke (still 2 of those things), I got this as my first d-handle to use with my hi/low cable attachment. It was ideal because I could do single arm cable movements, as well as tricep pull downs. I’ll be honest, I did 0 research and never knew what else there was out there. This was the coolest d-handle I found on Amazon at the time. The idea was great, but functionality was limited. It bends and flexes under heavier load (it’s plastic), and the stiff triangle design also feels awkward on the wrists. Don’t think I’d ever buy it again, but in retrospect, I’m glad I tried it out and it served me well as a beginner home gymmer. It now serves my gym as a symbol of nostalgia.

So many people rave about this being a must-have cable attachment. Figured I’d give it a shot. Surprised that it’s actually a fair priced rogue piece of equipment. 100% didn’t disappoint, it’s sick. Just get it and you’ll understand. Tri extensions+reverse, curls+reverse, rows, narrow grip lat pull downs, etc. all amazing. Custom colors are always a plus. I also got the different angle but haven’t tried it yet. Don’t feel that I need it.

Absolutely love these bumper plates. They add a nice pop of color to the gym. Fairly easy to grip, fit like a glove on the bar, fringe often has sales so be patient. Always a fan of anything Fringe because of their outstanding customer support. They get it.

Bought this to try and squeeze a barbell stand in a tight corner. It was surprisingly wobbly and unstable with 2 barbells in it. I had to make sure I balanced out the barbells to prevent it from leaning. Felt it unsafe with kids around so I returned it.

I thought I could avoid buying an entire belt squat set up by getting this. It worked…but personally I don’t think the set up work is worth the performance. Still felt awkward even after trying to dial it in and adjusting things. If you’re using it for anything else, the item itself is built well and doesn’t cost very much. However, it wasn’t tall enough to clear the wider/thicker part of the barbell sleeve, so I was forced to place it above the weights. Kind of annoying but still worked for rows. Otherwise, just get a dedicated belt squat set up.

Lots of utility and versatility here. I’d say it does everything about average, but nothing great. 1. Lat pull downs/rows - neutral grip, can attach d-handles on the bar to change grip but doing so adds 6-8 inches of length to the cable and can reduce ROM depending on cable length. 2. Landmines - works fine by itself, but can be slightly awkward with D-handles attached, forcing me to adjust my stance to avoid scraping my shins with the Back Bar due to the lower height. Metal edges on the bar are a little sharper than one would want. 3. Deadlift Jack - gets the job done, but isn’t the most stable balancing on the side of the handles. The bar has rolled a few times while being held up on the jack from taking off plates. Not terrible but definitely have to be careful depending on surroundings.

Received this as a gift. Belt is just another belt, nothing really special about it. Minimal padding, but holds the weight while doing weighted dips/pull ups. The chain that came with it was about 2 feet long, never had concerns about anything breaking. Great value buy.

Well built, fair priced on Amazon, doesn’t damage the barbell, does the job. I attached 2 of these to my rack and have never had any problems with them.
