This little bad boy is smooth as silk, with a great feel in the hand. My only beef, and maybe one of these newer boutique V-grips solve for this, is at the very bottom of the movement you can't quite get the last bit of extension in your arms (while preforming tricep pushdowns). That's a minor complaint for an otherwise perfect cable attachment.

In this price range, its a great bar. Knurl is grippy and there are nice color options. Its replaced most of my tri and bicep cable attachments. Functionally, it does what a $20 generic bar does but its a huge step up in feel, comfort, and quality. My only complaint is that the bolts are rusting on mine and others have confirmed their did too. Not a big deal but also like come on rogue, use SS bolts. Nothing else in my gym is rusting.

This attachment works great for so many different movements. It works just as good for biceps as it does triceps. I have used it for back as well. It makes zero noise and also has awesome gnarling. at 95 bucks, this is mandatory.

I was able to use this attachment at the modern gym mecca in WNESD. I get the hype now. It's very smooth. Knurling is great. Out of all the V-Grip attachments that I've tried, this is easily the best. Although it is $95 at the time of this review, I think it's very well priced for the quality. It is definitely on my radar to buy.

Nice addition. I immediately sold the standard v pushdown that doesn't rotate. Oddly enough I use this mainly for curls, pulldowns and rows.

Currently this is my favorite attachment. It is smooth, versatile, the build quality is excellent. I have the American Barbell version as well and have used them side by side. There is really no comparison it is lighter, the angles are better, I have even used it for low rows.

This is one of the attachments I’ve invested in as a result of all the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Gym Radar. I’d have to agree with the majority of the folks on here who speak highly of the build quality & feel with several different movements. Versatile enough to use for a handful of exercises & I love the ability to customize the color as desired. $95 for what you’re getting feels appropriately priced especially with a Rogue product.
