Started this gym in 2025. Was getting tired of the commercial gyms being overcrowded and not clean. Just a 56 year old trying to stay fit and healthy.

Close to gym commercial grade and a good unit for the cost.

Great Mat! Work good for many different things and folds up nicely.

The softer foam density is great when recovering with soreness.

I have a 2nd floor gym and the flooring in this room is ceramic tile. I was comfortable going with the 8mm because I'm not a weight dropper and I wanted to keep the dead load minimal on the floor. I've had some accidental drops and so far I've no issues with damaging my tile below.
