Pretty decent bar for cheap on Amazon. “Knurling”, if you can even call it that, is barely there but it works. I’m using this bar maybe 1-2x/month (if even) when I feel like I need a nice arm pump. Otherwise, wouldn’t spend on a nicer ez curl bar unless you’re trying to PR on curls, and if you are, you do you. The best part about this bar is that it’s yellow and black.

It’s a functional and practical yoga mat that does the job for any movement on the ground. Little on the thin side, but for the price, can’t beat it. Does the job it needs to, better than laying on stall mats, and wouldn’t want to spend any more money on a yoga mat.
