If you like dips, you'll like the UDA. I like dips. And I like the UDA.

Solid piece of equipment. Used now for lat pull-downs and belt squats. It's super solid and hasn't wobbled at all on my rack so far. I love how it fits snugly in the bottom of my RM-3 rack for belt squats, which I use two DIY blocks for. I also added the lat bar holder, and it's genius that it can be attached and detached really quickly/easily. Thank you to Darko for the incredible attention to detail in the Nessie design. I especially like the built-in clips to double the workload of the voltra.

Really fairly priced and just a little extra protection for something that would absolutely suck to slip out of your hands and break...

It's been a solid piece of equipment. Got it used off FB marketplace for about $100. It works really well for me to do back extensions. No complaints, really.

This storage rack has become the home to my bumper plates, kettlebells, slam ball, and various odds and ends, with room to spare. What I love most is that I can store all my rack attachments on the posts, including a dip attachment, a low-row plate, and the Rogue lat seat, which I've positioned as a semi-permanent home for chest-supported rows. Not to mention it's become quite the watering hole with 3 drink spotters (and counting). It also works well with my landmine attachment. There are ways to get creative with this thing, and I've already reconfigured it a bunch. I understand that it might not be the best value, as it's a pricey storage solution, but for me it's been awesome, and I try to use it as an extension of my 3x3 rack. I don't regret buying it. I have a small space; it fits my needs exactly, and I get a lot of use out of it beyond just storing plates/KBs.
