It's a very solid bench in use very stable, and I really like the pad and vinyl. However, it doesn't store vertically, and there's a small gap between the seat and back pad. The gap is small enough that I can fit completely on the back pad when flat benching, so it isn't an issue for me personally
This leg developper goes from unusable to serviceable depending on the bench you own. Luckily for me it pairs well with with the AB-3000 2.0. The seat design sits flush with the pads of the attachements. Leg extension are okay. They lack ROM at the bottom but the weight horn is at an angle making the resistance profil better than a tradiotionnal flat weight horn. The leg curl also has not enough ROM at the strech portion and the weight completely drops off at the peak contraction.
It's pretty good for lateral raise and chest flies. It's a bit annoying to setup and dismount everytime. If you have a dedicated upright for it it would be ideal. Also the two arms are not symmetrical on my unit wich is a huge PITA.
