Added this to my Dane 2.0 because we have a low ceiling and I was able to flip it inverts so that it could actually be use for a pull-up. I typically use it for hanging or straightening. There’s no knurling…but the powder coat flat black finish is a little grippy and the bar thickness feels just right.

The weight plate holder are a solid build and seem like they could hold what ever you put on them. Their uniqueness is that they can be easily moved anywhere on your rack were you need them. I however don’t use as weight storage…I use them as rack handles while doing squats and or whenever the need for a handle arises they are quickly put into action. And for $40 on Amazon they’re the cheapest sturdy hands you can find. One negative is theirs no UHMW so the could end up scratching your rack over time, with that said for my purposes I haven’t scratched my rack.

Picked this up at the local Home Depot. Great surface to knee on or do Nordics on. The pad was purchased at a reasonable price around $17 which is cheaper than the most I found on Amazon and you can put hands on before you purchase.

This is a reasonably price, simple, and sturdy wall mounted rack for your Mag Style attachments. In addition to storing Mag style grips there are hooks for 10 additional attachments. Depending how or where you are hanging it you may need different mounting hardware.

If you have a Dane 2.0 rack, these shelves are extremely solid. They’re built heavy-duty and can easily handle whatever dumbbells or equipment you put on them. One thing to be aware of: on the Dane 2.0 the shelf extends about 12 inches outward, so your rack will need to sit a bit away from the wall. Otherwise, the shelves can interfere with the weight stacks. The shelves do not come with any surface protection, so I picked up a roll of thin rubber flooring from Home Depot, trimmed it to size, and placed it on the shelves. It worked perfectly and protects both the shelf and the dumbbells. These shelves can also be mounted on REP racks and other racks with similar dimensions, making them a versatile storage option.

Useful tool for doing leg exercises on your functional trainer. I recently used these for standing hamstring curls and it worked surprisingly well. I have a size 16 men shoe and I did need to take off my shoe to use them. They do work better than ankle cuffs and were rather inexpensive on Amazon.

If you’re still using carabiners…why? These things are awesome! Single hand, easy on, easy off operation…you’ll never have to pinch your fingers ever again! Want to disconnect…pull the ring and done! In addition to their easy operation they also swivel, which helps to prevent functional trainer cable twisting. Much cheaper than the Bells of Steel alternative.

I love this thing. I’ve only used it for biceps so far and it’s great for that. The pump is crazy! I will be trying in it for triceps next work out. I put a drop of lube on the swivel and it buttery smooth. This thing breaks down in to three part and even comes with a little travel case. I can see getting flagged going through TSA at the airport and trying to explain your way out of it.
