These are hands down my favorite and most used cable attachment. The bearings make Bayesian curls and similar moves smooth as butter. Also like that the length is short with articulated cable arms I get full ROM on standing double front bicep curls because they aren’t long.

I love these plates. I love the sound of them even more. They are top quality coming from a CAP set I had since I was a teenager. They are pricey but I bought with the intention of passing them down the bloodline.

I love this thing. Can’t wait for the 1 to 1 mutant articulating arms to get here.

Over hyped! I really don’t mean to be a small business hater. I wanted to love these and paid a premium for this simple design just because it was a small business. It understandably took a long time to be delivered . It was very well packaged and came with a nice hand written note but the fit and finish were subpar. This thing is laser cut, and has the razor sharp edges everywhere you will cut your finger if you rub down this piece. It comes with UHMW to protect your couple hundred dollar barbell but the part you bolt to your rack has a knife sharp edge that will scratch your most expensive piece in you gym. It is very strong. You can do pull-ups off of it if you wanted to. But being delivered razor- is crazy work. Also, even though he did not make these, he supplied them. The 1 inch bolts did not screw together freely. I had to fight them all the way on every thread with a wrench on both sides. well, if you don’t mind sanding down the sharp edges yourself, it is nice inside of a squat cage to just be able to lift your bar up and it be out of the way so you can access your selector stacks freely.
