Most premade platforms are glorified frames. Going the DIY route is pretty affordable depending on the wood chosen and you can get creative. I prefer cheaper board under (as long as it’s flat, then oak on top with stall mats on the side.

No frills, cheap, and fast shipping. Bought these for when I feel like getting my freak flow on.

It works but it comes out of the post a bunch and is annoying to set up.

This is something you could (and should) build on your own. You get a lot of momentum while in use b/c of the design. Budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Big beefy straps. Don't fray or get discolored like some other offerings.

Fully knurled shaft with decent knurling. Build quality is a bit lower than Rogue or Texas squat bars, but decent if you can get a good price on it.
