Just got these in - what a HUGE improvement over the older ones. They are slimmer so you can place them lower down for rack pulls. I bought both sizes and the shorter ones work well as long j cups for incline pressing or squats in a shallow or functional trainer rack. They are HEAVY, more so than the older ones. Do not have a pin for lateral movement but they are snug in my PR 5000 rack. The finish is way nicer too. Just a great release and not expensive IMO

These are awesome dumbells. Worth the investment and a joy to use. Totally indestructible and a lifetime purchase.

I have both the chrome and plastic versions and they are my most used clamps. I bought them with the loadable dumbell set which rocks and now use them. Every Xmaster item I have is solid.

These are inexpensive - I started collecting some vintage 1" weights to use for various dumbell workouts and really enjoy having them around. These are as basic as they come. Wish the handle was thicker but they are solid.

The knurling and size of these are great, like everything they make. It came with 4 1” screws which didn’t seat correctly and were unusable. I’ll need to get replacement screws that fit to use mine

Love using these - they are even slimmer than my chrome calibrated plates. The handle is slick and they are a great company to work with. Great plates for an alternative to standard iron plates.

Works as intended! Good value, nice to always have a couple of these. I have shoulder mobility issues so use it as a neck pilllow when I bench. Goor for hip thrusts or zerchers

Not super sturdy, these can be great for curls if they fit your body, this one doesn’t do it for me, love the idea and the color is great.
