Was not expecting this to be as large, overbuilt and sturdy as it is. Amazing, very similar to the mural metals dip attatchment and very well thought out. The knurling matched the Colorado bar, comes with a mag pin and has a nifty handle. Makes me want to do dips more often

Love this wedge - it’s super wide and fits my stance. It’s grippy too. I prefer wearing socks or barefoot when squatting heavy and I like how you can adjust the angle. Great to have if you don’t want to stand on plates or wear squat shoes

I struggle with old guy shoulder mobility and this helps me in incline and dumbell presses. Clever gadget and high quality. Like just about everything Abby makes.

I bought this before buying a 2nd adjustable bench, this is great for doing incline presses on a flat bench and also nice for chest supported rows on an adjustable so your face isn’t smashed into the bench

This is a really useful piece of gear! Hard to go wrong. I use it for standing pushdownsnunsung the Andreoni bar on my cable machine, hip thrusts, it’s good for smith machine rows using it on the top of a bench. Recommend it like all the AbMat gear

These were my first fractional plates and I used them for my younger daughters who lift with 15 and 25lb bars. I have 1.25, 2.5, 5 and 10lbs. My son uses them over iron fractionals, they are quiet and he likes the colored look. Cheap and they work the same as much more expensive rogue or xmaster plates

I lift with my girls, 9 and 10 and these are helpful for smaller fractional gainz for them. They are also handy for loadable dumbells. We use the half and 1lb versions the most. They are cheap and chrome. Hard to go wrong.

I bought a blue ceracote version of this so I could lift with my vintage 1” plates. This one is ok, not rated for crazy weight but racks well on a PR5000 rack. Lifting with old plates is fun.
