Bench Wedge
Strap the Bench Wedge™ to an adjustable bench to transform it into a seated utility bench or seal row station. Here’s how it works: The Bench Wedge’s unique size and shape creates 12” of space between you and your adjustable bench so you can perform seated exercises with exceptional back support and full range of motion, and chest-supported exercises without discomfort or the awkward bench straddle.

I use it for supported low rows so my face doesn’t get smashed in the bench and for tbar/seal row like chest supported dumbbell rows. Though I plan on replacing this with a better tool in the future it’s been quite useful, especially for the price and footprint. Well made and durable, with just enough give in the padding.

I bought this before buying a 2nd adjustable bench, this is great for doing incline presses on a flat bench and also nice for chest supported rows on an adjustable so your face isn’t smashed into the bench

I like this. I think the shallow end of the wedge isn’t shallow enough so you aren’t left with very much seat area for seated overhead pressing movements

This is a really well made pad, just like everything I’ve bought from AbMat. I didn’t get the use out of it that I thought I would, but I’m sure that’s more on me than anything else. If you enjoy chest supported rows or like having your head off the back of your bench during DB presses, it’s worth it.

A bit overpriced for what it is, but it is high quality and works well for a variety of uses.

Is this a gym necessity? Absolutely not, but it’s a fun addition, in my opinion. It’s great for any kind of seated dumbbell or barbell overhead pressing, as well as chest supported rows. It’s firm, but comfortable, and easy to pop on and off my bench as needed.

I’ve had this for about a year. A little on the pricey side, but great for saving space and allowing me to do military presses and chest supported rows. Fits easily and quickly on my blackwing.

I got this to do rows, seated DB overhead press, tricep extension and maybe other things. It's very high quality, firm without being uncomfortable, and is easy to position and take on and off the bench. Not a necessity by any means but an easy way to improve the quality and comfort of certain exercises.

Just got this in not too long ago. I like it so far, typical Abmat quality product and it fits the niche its intended to fit. I like the height of the pad because I don't end up with a dumbbell on my bench.

AbMat Bench Wedge is a great tool to use for doing rows without making out with your bench.
