This isn't the typical EZ curl fairy bar. The angles of the curves on this feel great; I get no strain on my wrists or elbows. The knurling is clean and sharp and feels great in the hand. Like everything from JD it is very well built with a matching price.

Dialed Motion knocked it out of the park with this; it really changed the way I use my gym. I find a use for it daily. It takes up minimal space, and it is able to be stored up and away when not in use. The pull is extremely smooth, and I have no issues with the length of pull on my 30" rack with the 1:1 ratio. I have a dual system, but it isn't needed. The main benefit is setting up two different movements to save time, as well as cable flies. This is one of my favorite and most used purchases.

I used this as my primary cable exercise machine for 4 years. Paired with the UPS low, it is very versatile. It's very well built but also very pricey. Its low profile is great for people with a low ceiling.
