I added some of these to the strongman garage gym for circus Dumbell some the hole size is a bit sloppy but that’s what is needed to fit my CDB. The plates seem to be slightly odd in dimension compared to some of my other plates the 5s and 10s are a bit taller and the 25s are laughable how tall they are. They are bigger than my 12” log Owned since 2026

Really enjoying these slot grip plates. The urethane coating will come in handy in the garage where metal plates rust. Ivanko makes decent plates compared to a lot of other import plates. Very easy to maneuver around to the yoke and farmers handles. Purchased in 2026

Used this at my friend’s gym a few times. Didn’t have any issues with the quality. Different from a board or block as it will sink in.

Owned this ball in the past, was very slick and felt cheaply made.

Low quality plates that I found to be pretty inaccurate. Didn’t stay in my gym very long. The biggest positive of them is how easy they were to handle.

Very basic light weight squat stand. I have seen Olympic weightlifters front squat some big numbers out of this rack at my local gym. I personally don’t like them and feel it’s way to light duty.

I used these back when I first joined a gym and worked with a personal trainer over a decade ago as well and during physical therapy for my neck. They are an interesting alternative to your standard gym equipment and I could see some value in adding them to your gym.

I have used a few different homemade deadlift jacks over the years from thread black plumbing iron, wooden, and welded they all had their pros and cons. My recommendation is just buy a full size jack if you have the space.
