Not sure how accurate this is but as long as you only compare your numbers against this one alone your good. Have used a few others over the years and all feel about the same. Fun toy to break out in a big group of lifting buddies. Purchased new in 2024

I have played around with these at home gym con the last few years and they felt fine. Slightly less of an eye sore than the Cerberus bags are. I currently own a 75 lb bag that I have used for some warm up and like to have if we ever have anyone over new to bags and need a lighter weight to learn on. Gifted a bag From Big Jim in 2025

I use these on my circus dumbbell that has a slightly larger bar stock and I’m limited on what plates I can fit on. My milled Yorks are too tight mostly but these seem to fit. I own 1.25x2, 2.5x2, 5x4 Purchased used in 2024

Good plates, super easy to handle with the holes in them. Have used these several times at a buddies home gym and some other public gyms over the years.

This was the most expensive piece I ever invested in at the NWC. It was a bucket list item I spent years saving up for, and have been nothing but happy with as far as the rack itself. I had to cut an inch or so off the uprights to get them to fit into the joist cavity. Purchased new in 2022

This is the gold standard of SSB’s USA made and built like a tank with the best pad on the market. Don’t waste your money on imported bars that weigh goofy weights and make plate math weird. Purchased new in 2018

Forza Comp Bench Press: I have used the Forza bench dozens of times in public gyms dating back to 2015. It’s pretty good, decent height of the pad to allow good leg drive. Adjustable uprights asking at they are empty. It’s big drawback is it wants to walk if not bolted down and it dosent come stock with face savers.

230 Recumbent Bike We have cycled in a half dozen different pieces of cardio equipment into the home gym over the years. We liked this well enough and it helped my wife get some movement in the winter when it was to icy to walk outside but we eventually sold it after it just not really being our favorite. But overall if you can buy it used for $250 or less it’s not a bad option if you want a recumbent bike Owned 2022-2024
