Used these alot about 10 years ago. Great dumbell with nice knurling and good sized handles.

Used this bench for a while in a “commercial” setting my only gripe is I have seen the pin slip. I still dont know if it was user error but boy was it terrifying

Great all around medball, I have never seen one break these are well built and will last a lift time if you don't totally abuse them

At the end of the day it’s a box. Its pretty solid but watch your shins when your tired.

I used this particular rack in college for training it is a solid build and feels like you could drop a house on it. I am not a fan of how the spotter arms and j-cups lock in. On the positive you can have the setting for the bench so its centered and square every time.

Solid GHD and yes I said GHD. This is one of the better ones I have used. I used this in both a Crossfit setting and a powerlifting/oly lifting setting and worked well. Its very solid and locks in to each setting well.

Used these for about 5 years they leave a bit to be desired but they are built solid. The foot platforms are nice to have.

Bought this rack of a guy who fabed them up and painted them. It works it holds weight not frills not different spacing.
