I love these. I got them a while back, but they’ve held up well and being able to keep 5-90lbs in a 2ft x 2ft square is amazing, my wife’s only issue with them is the cage makes it difficult to do movements like goblet squats
I got this thinking that it was closer to Titan’s version but to my disappointment it was not, it works alright but does not feel the same as other plate loaded options but it’s always on sale and gets the job done regardless
For context I’m 5’8” and this works perfectly for me. The footplate on leg press is a little smaller than desired but it can handle a surprising amount of weight. My wife loves it which is what matters as I got it for her
Very solid piece, default pulleys work well, and can handle a solid amount of weight, only reason I could see myself getting an upgrade is to get the version with the weight stack because I genuinely love this!
I got this because one of my main issues with the home gym was having an option for cable movements, that being said it’s good but there’s some set backs to it.
I truly think that if you’re looking for something for cable movements just try to find a functional trainer that you like/ fits your budget. But this got me by for 5 years and I got my moneys worth out of it
With my space i wasn’t exactly looking for a rack with a lot of rack attachment options, it does everything I need it to and with me having the extra weight storage on it I have no need to bolt it down
BY FAR THE BEST PLATES AVAILABLE! Prior to The Strength Co. I got complacent with what I expected out of a set of plates... when it came time to build out the gym I ordered a pair of 5s and now a couple years later I'm beyond happy with my choice to go with The Strength Co. I own just a little over 1,000lbs now and at some point I will also buy their bumper plates.
