Trained with this quite a bit for a strongman competition. I really like this movement and if I had room for it in my gym it would be really cool to have.

I wish I had gone with a little bit bigger of a bowl but this works well. I think it was less than $10 for the shelf bracket and the stainless bowl.

Definitely the sloppiest of my weights as far as accuracy and quality. But they're great for strong man stuff and fit on smaller diameter stuff like logs. I've also used them for my circus dumbbell.

This thing is an amazing condition for as old as it is. I got it as free through some connections. The strength curve is pretty excellent. It does take up quite a bit of space in the gym for not being a dual use unit.

I love my aerodyne. The only cardio I can tolerate. My dial doesn't work but I don't care.

Work good for lighter stuff. Do pop out if you pull them at the wrong angle.

Got this on auction for $300 I believe it was manufactured in the late '80s or early '90s. The weight stack is a little low for low rows. I really like the belt cable. I end up using this for all kinds of stuff outside of just low rows in lat pull downs. With the extra long bench on here, if you lay down on your stomach, it makes a really good hamstring curl platform. I'll probably have this in my gym for the rest of my life.

Way cheaper than the rep dumbbell stand and nearly as functional.
