For a black iron plate these somehow look just incredible. The quality is there, American made but the price doesn’t make you cry at checkout. And I don’t care what the scale says these plates are heavier than bumper plates. I can’t recommend these enough. From the look to the texture and the quality. You cannot go wrong buying a set of these plates!

I’ve only had the Hyper Pro for a couple of weeks now but I am so far very impressed. As someone with limited space but loves doing Nordics, GHD Sit-ups, hyperextensions and QL raises this one piece does all with minimal-ish footprint. At 6’4” 220lbs I don’t seem to be too tall or big for any of the movements. If you have the money (the only real downside I’ve found with absurd shipping cost) I would highly recommend this piece.

Overall a solid piece and I’m happy with the purchase. Some may find it a little clunky/cumbersome. It’s great for T Bar rows using my landmine, even works great as a jack to put the weights on the bar before using. And of course it can be used for cable rows and lay pulls. Good knurling, pricing is ok. Would recommend!

I bought this on a whim and I have to say it’s probably my favorite attachment for triceps to date. So easy on my joints, the knurling is fantastic and the build quality is there. Would for sure recommend and for Rogue the pricing is really good!

The certification was mostly simple. Some of the positions I was to pose in were tough just due to my own flexibility issues. 10/10 would recommend getting certified.
