I've had this dip stand almost 3 years. Height adjustments work fine and I've had no problems with stability. The fixed width of the dip station gives me problems with my shoulders which leads to me not doing these as much as I should. I've used the push up portion of the stand maybe a handful of times in total. Not sure if it's just me but I've bonked my head on the cross member when doing push ups before, which seems like a design flaw. With all that being said, I think it's a fairly good value if you're looking for a way to do the squat of the upper body. I paid 65 bucks for this and I think for that price it's just fine for what it is. I am, however, looking to get a dip attachment for my Hydra instead just so I can save a bit of floor space in my single car garage gym.

I’ve had this bench for more than 10 years and it was the only bench I had up until a short time ago. Its build quality is questionable, the thing squeaks a ton but it allows me to do incline and decline exercises and it hasn’t tried to kill me yet. With that being said, there’s many better choices out on the market so I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I bought this bar several years ago when I wanted to continue pressing through some shoulder pain. The neutral grip helped me to work through that and I was able to use it for several movements. I love presses with this bar and the added range of motion is definitely something you can feel. You can also flip the bar over and essentially mimic a one or two board press. I've also had good luck with rows and find the camber increases range of motion there as well. The only negative I can think of is that some of the finish is wearing off the bar. I think this is mostly due to my previous rack using metal pins as opposed to modern j-cups. The bar still works extremely well and the blemishes don't really bother me. I marked it down a point on value if only because EliteFTS equipment is often more expensive. If you're looking for a bar like this, however, I think the price is more than fair considering the build quality and being USA made.
